We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready with a complimentary upgrade that included breakfast and a sweet platter. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to unwind, and we really appreciated the massage service after a long day. The only downside was that the air conditioning could have been cooler, but it didn't ruin our experience. 😊
